Historical Information
The cemetery served the many military camps and hospitals in the vicinity.
It was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and George Hartley.

Burials
The cemetery contains some 11,500 graves, making it the largest CWGC cemetery in France.
There are a further 119 WWII graves.

Access
The cemetery is alongside the D940, 27km south of Calais, about 2.5km North of Etaples town.
Car parking is in laybys along both sides of the D940. Step-free access is to the main graves area only
